B cells isolated from SCAP+/+CD19Cre/+ mice and SCAPfl/flCD19Cre/+ mice were stimulated with 10 μg/ml LPS, 5 μg/ml anti-CD40 or 20 μg/ml anti-IgM for 0, 4 and 24 hours.
