From: IFNγ binding to extracellular matrix prevents fatal systemic toxicity

  1. Based on the FASTA Identifier of IFNγ protein sequences from 50 different species, the overall sequence homology was determined using protein BLAST (NIH). The table was arranged based on sequence identity to mouse within a common taxon. Deviations from mouse KRKR motif are underlined. Common amino acid single-letter code is shown, for example R: Arginin, K: Lysin.
