The Wilcoxon Rank sum test (two-sided) was used to compare the cell percentages between PCV13- SRs and WRs. Correlation analysis was performed using the Pearson correlation metric and p-value was computed using two-tailed t-test. The ‘n’ represents number of biological replicates.
