The mice received a single 200 μg intraperitoneal injection of H2-Db or 3BNC117-Db and scDb plasma concentrations were assessed at 0, 2, 4, 8, 12, 24, and 48 hours post-injection. Plasma scDb concentrations are shown for the individual mice (top) or the average values (bottom) (mean, SD, 5 mice per group). Data were fitted to a single-phase exponential decay nonlinear regression model and predicted plasma half-lives are indicated.
