In the version of the article initially published, in Fig. 4c, d, h and i, the colors of the keys did not match those in the bar charts. In Figs. 4h and 5g, the total cells layers were missing and in Fig. 2f and g the GMT values were not in red. These errors have now been corrected in the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
