Representative embryo images are shown for transgenic mice at the e11.5 stage. Blue staining indicates enhancers displaying reproducible activity in expected tissues (forebrain, midbrain, hindbrain, heart, neural tube, or limb). The unique identifiers under each image (accession number starting with ‘mm’) correspond to the element numbers in Supplementary Tables 4-9.
