The fraction of attributes associated with <Instrument> sub-elements (for example, <Microscope>, <Objective>, <Detector>, etc.,) of the core of the OME Data Model, whose values could be retrieved in the header of the raw image data files associated with the case studies presented in Fig. 2, Extended Data Figs. 6–9 and Supplementary Figs. 3–15, was determined and is reported above.
