A larger view, showing the entire image, for the sample displayed in Fig. 6c. As described, the cell is stained with antibodies against Mic60, and secondary antibodies labeled with Alexa Fluor 647. The localizations were color-coded according to their z coordinate to show the depth information. A three-dimensional rendering of this dataset is shown in Supplementary Video 6. Scale bar: 1 µm.
