Frequencies of deletions are presented based on microhomology (MH) length. For HDR, replicates are depicted by dots. The mean outcome purity given below is the percentage of HDR of all editing events. (b) Cell survival corresponding to edits from panel a. Cell survival was quantified by a fluorescence resazurin assay with respect to editing in wild type cells. Independent biological replicates were performed (n = 3) and error bars show the s.e.m.
