Two genes were shown: JUNB (Ensembl transcript ENST00000302754.6, panel a) and RHOB (ENST00000272233.6, panel b). Regions of 600 base-pairs (bp) at the 5’ end of the transcript were highlighted (blue rectangles) to illustrate the concentration of reads at this region from the scRNA-seq experiments.
