We used Jaxley with gradient-based Hamiltonian Monte–Carlo to infer the posterior distribution over membrane conductances of a layer 5 pyramidal cell. Blue lines are 90 % confidence intervals, black line is the ground truth that was used to generate the synthetic observation.
