Control rats received training of operant alcohol self-administration, but without in vivo light stimulation. LTP rats received the same operant training and in vivo LTP induction two days before the recording. (b) I/V curves and rectification index (RI) of light-evoked AMPAR-EPSCs at -70, 0, and +40 mV show that in vivo LTP induction increased the RI of AMPAR-EPSCs.
