SarkoSpin solubilized brain homogenates from frontal and motor cortex of control (black), FTLD-TDP-A (green), and FTLD-TDP-C (blue), were fractionated by velocity and the collected fractions (numbered from top to bottom of the gradient) were analyzed for TDP-43 (a) and pTDP-43 (b) by western blotting. These experiments were repeated three independent times with similar results. c. Representative immunoblots of the distribution of FUS, hnRNPA1 and SOD1 on velocity sedimentation gradients.
