(a-d) AAV TRE-ChR2-mCherry was infused into the vCA1 of c-fos-tTA mice 2 weeks before behavioral experiments. No-Dox diet was provided during cocaine-paired conditioning. On days 5–7, Open-field, light/dark box, and elevated O maze tasks were performed, and in vivo photostimulation (LFS: 473 nm laser, 4 ms pulse width, 1 Hz, 10 min) in the AcbC was given 40 min before each task.
