Expression of neuropeptide receptor genes in eight hypothalamic nuclei shown in two-dimensional PCA space. Nuclei include the lateral hypothalamus, the ventromedial nucleus, the dorsomedial nucleus, the perifornical nucleus, the posterior hypothalamus and the mammillary body. The heatmap shows the expression data ordered according to the cluster order in Fig. 2.
