For all boxplots, hinges were drawn from the 25th to 75th percentiles, with the middle line denoting the median, and whiskers with maximum 1.5 interquartile range. The ΔG’s are significant with a p-value of < 2.2 × 10−308 for L3 and 1.58 × 10−28 for SVL (two-sided t-test with unequal variance).
