(b) Zoom-in of dashed outlined region in (a). Note the graininess of the vesicles characteristic of densely packed proteo-liposomes. Similar results were obtained in all samples. White arrowheads: Proteo-liposomes. Consistent results were obtained from > 3 reconstitution samples.
