Screen capture of Amira project at the step of surface rendering. Following segmentation, each stereocilia bundle used in this study was subsequently rendered using the ‘Generate surface’ function of Amira for visualization purposes. The results are also provided in a movie illustrating 3D localization of PKHD1L1 in immunogold labeled outer hair cell stereocilia bundles using FIB‐ SEM, available at figshare27.
