Each point is labelled with a note on the target population of border restrictions. The following measures were considered: “Ban arrivals from some regions” and “Ban on all regions or total border closure” (OxCGRT); “Closed border” (HIT-COVID); “Border restrictions” and “Airport restrictions” (CCCSL); “External border restrictions” (CoronaNet); “Border closure”, “Complete border closure”, “Visa restrictions”, and “International flights suspension” (ACAPS).
