  1. The column Dend refers to the distance to the end of the prostate phantom. It spanned from 0.4 cm to 7.4 cm for the main campaign and from 3.4 cm to 5.9 cm for the reference and validation campaign. The latter comprised neighbouring regions including parts of the prostate, the rectal wall (RW), and the ERB.
