  1. Data across these domains is contained within the New York NCIPR dataset.
  2. The NCIPR questionnaire also includes questions about child ages, breastfeeding, education, race/ethnicity, income, number of bedrooms in home, utilization of public assistance, and preferred medical health system. For data release and compliance with regulation on indirect identifiers and patient confidentiality, these are removed from released data, as described below.
