Comparison of datasets DS0001–DS0005 for the embryogenetic events I – blastoderm formation, II – early gastrulation, III – germband elongation, IV – germband retraction, V – dorsal closure, and VI – muscular movement. For this overview, time points were chosen that show characteristic structures for the respective event. DS0001 and DS0003 are depicted ventrolateral during I and II, and dorsolateral during III to VI, whereas DS0002, DS0004 and DS0005 are depicted ventral during I and II and dorsal during III to VI.
