For MGMT promoter methylation, we observed about the same probability of going directly to progression after resection but more stable states than for the unmethylated status. For the unmethylated MGMT promoter status, the transition probabilities into the progressive disease state were much higher. We note that the sample size for staying in the complete response state was very small for both cases, and the large difference between the two methylation statuses may be considered with caution.
