Experimental timeline. Treated mice (colored red) underwent injection of anti-CTLA-4 clone 9H10 on days 1, 3, and 6. Control mice (colored green) were injected with vehicle at similar times. Blood samples were taken on days 0, 7, 14 and 21. Tumor (when present) and spleen samples were collected at animal sacrifice at the end of the experiment. Numbers indicate the number of mice viable for sampling.
