Assessment of data variability between replicas. To assess the variability of the different CSF samples, of the (a) proteome and interactomes of the (b) MCI and the (c) control sample groups, correlation plots (left panels) using identified proteins as variables to compare the different replicas were performed. PCA analyses (right panels) were performed on the replicate samples using all quantified proteins as variables.
