HLA imputation accuracy is decreased in non-European donors. Donor-level HLA imputation accuracy [Acc(S)] was calculated for HLA-A, HLA-DRB1, HLA-DQA1, and HLA-DQB1 loci by comparing to next generation sequencing (NGS)-based HLA typing. Acc(S) is shown for (a) all 372 nPOD donors, (b) for donors grouped by reported race, and (d) for donors grouped by highest proportion of genetic ancestry.
