From: Spatiotemporal estimation of nutrient data from the northwest pacific and east asian seas
Workflow of the study. Nutrient and depth data were downloaded from various sources. The nutrient data obtained from different sources were compiled into a common data format, and data within the valid range of time, space, and nutrient variables were selected. Then, the refined data were used for variogram modeling and spatiotemporal kriging. 10-fold cross-validation was performed to indicate estimation errors, and the data were saved.
