Distribution of SNR and EFC, CJV of MRI data. The SNR actually uses the SNR2 metrics provide by MRQy, and the calculation method is the average value of the foreground block divided by the average value of the standard deviation of the background block. EFC and CJV are also metrics of MRQy output.
