(B) The 21-kmer distribution estimation result was obtained using GenomeScope2. The distribution of 21-kmer exhibited two major peaks, indicating certain heterozygosity within the genome, and high-frequency k-mers with coverage near 1 that was possibly generated by sequencing errors.
