Experimental setup showing the placement of devices on the participant (left) and the laboratory environment (right). Devices attached to the participant: (1) Polar H10 (ECG), (2) Empatica E4 (PPG), and (3) Galaxy Watch 5 (PPG). The positions of the Empatica E4 and Galaxy Watch 5 were randomized for balance. Most activities were conducted at the desk, while walking, jogging, and running were performed on the treadmill.
