Model AtomC347CA56 accuracy in mIoU against characteristics of the k = 1 test ligands. Resolution, size of the qRank0.95 point cloud, and B-factors values for the ligand and protein were investigated. The plots were constructed with Orange62. All plots are colored by the resolution of the entries, grouped in intervals of 0.1 Å. A simple linear regression was performed on all plots and the Pearson’s correlation coefficient, variable r, is shown along with the regression-fitted line. The variable r squared (r2) is the coefficient of determination.
