Brain coverage. The overall cortical and subcortical brain coverage—the percentage of voxels within a brain region including non-zero, non-NaN values—is depicted for each BOLD run, averaged across subjects. Brain regions with warmer colors (e.g., cingulate cortex) indicate regions with high brain coverage across subjects, whereas brain regions with colder colors (e.g., temporal pole) indicate regions with lower overall coverage across subjects. Regional brain coverage for each subject can be found in the tsv file: sub- < subject_ID > _task- < BOLD_run > _space-MNI152NLin2009cAsym_seg- < atlas_of_choice > _stat-coverage_bold.tsv under: derivatives/xcp_d_*_output/sub- < subject_ID > /func/.
