Contribution from excitons, trions, P1 and P2, which are shown by black, blue green and red curves, respectively, are modeled by the pseudo-voigt function. Excitation energies of 2.54 eV and 2.38 eV were used to measure spectra in (a) and the spectrum in (b), respectively.
