A PL spectrum of WS2/hBN measured with low excitation power, 2.8 μW/240 W/cm2. Solid lines correspond to contributions from excitons, trions, P1 and P2 peaks, which were modeled by the pseudo-voigt function. The excitation energy of 2.54 eV was used to measure the spectrum.
