Effect of 15a treatment on the amount of monocytes. (a) At 2 hours after injection and two weeks of treatment, 15a reduced the relative amount of circulating CCR2⁺ monocytes (defined as CD11b⁺Ly6G^low cells). (b) At 18 hours after the last injection (after 4 weeks of treatment), the number of circulating CD11b⁺Ly6G^lowCCR2⁺ cells was significantly reduced by 15a treatment.
