PRKACA mutation status is indicated as such and “*” indicates samples harbouring the L206R mutation in PRKACA, as well (A). Densiometric analysis of western blots was done using the Fiji software32. The quotient of RIIβ/GAPDH and Cα/GAPDH was normalized to the mean of WT RIIβ GAPDH or Cα/GAPDH and this ratio is shown on the y-axis (B).
