Infection with LM-PLP attenuates already established disease in a CD8-dependent manner. (A) Wild-type B6 or (B) CD8KO mice were immunized with PLP178-191/CFA and administered pertussis toxin on d0 and d2. Mice were monitored for clinical disease and were infected with LM-PLP or LM-OVA or injected with saline on d13 post-immunization.
