Monitoring of spheroid formation. (A) Schematics of the two-step moulding for fabrication of the spheroid culture chip. The chip was made of oxygen-permeable PDMS with 100 microwells (φ 500 μm). (B) The spheroid chips were placed in a 6-well plate. The polystyrene bottoms of the 6-well plate were removed to facilitate oxygen supply through the bottoms of the spheroid chips.
