From: Thickness-dependent conductance in Sb2SeTe2 topological insulator nanosheets
The SEM pictures of the Sb2SeTe2 nanosheets of different thicknesses. The current-voltage shows the linear relation that supports the ohmic contacts of our samples. The conductance is determined by the slope of the current-voltage curve.
