From: Thickness-dependent conductance in Sb2SeTe2 topological insulator nanosheets
The temperature dependence of the normalized amplitude of SdH oscillation is at 8.8 T. The result corresponds well with the Lifshitz-Kosevich theory. The inset shows the oscillation amplitude as a function of inverse magnetic fields at several temperatures. The Dingle temperature is 17 K.
