Automatic segmentation of the extracerebral cerebrospinal fluid (red), cortical grey matter (yellow), unmyelinated white matter (blue), ventricular cerebrospinal fluid (orange), basal ganglia and thalami (green), brain stem (purple), myelinated white matter (pink), and cerebellum (brown) in three slices of the images acquired at 30 (left) and 40 (right) weeks PMA for one patient. The images are scaled and cropped separately for better visualisation and do therefore not represent differences in size between 30 and 40 weeks PMA.
