BALB/c Mice serum and tissue cytokine levels in each group. The levels of (A,B,C and G) IFN-γ and (D,E,F and H) TNF-α in the serum, lung and spleen were measured at 21 days in various groups, n = 6 per group. Each serum and tissue level represents the mean of 6 mice and its standard error.
