Lung tissue from BCG-infected BALB/c mice was stained for the presence of CD11b, CD3 by immunohistochemistry. (A~D) CD3 staining of infiltrating T cells in lung interstitium from 4 representative mice (×200). (E~H) CD11b staining of infiltrating macrophages from 4 representative mice. On day 21 after rAd-hMASP-2 administration, the lung lesions tissue showing strong staining for CD11b and CD3 in rAd-hMASP-2 group.
