Suppression of β-catenin by P2Y6-induced Ca2+ signaling in GC cells. (af) UTP (20 µM), UDP (50 µM) and spiperone (10 µM) decreased β-catenin(Ser675) at 24 hours of MKN-45 and SGC-7901 cells. (g,h) MRS2578 (3 µM) reversed both UTP and UDP-repressed β-catenin(Ser675). (i) Knockdown of P2Y6 receptors reversed UTP induced decrease of β-catenin(Ser675). (j,k) 2-APB (50 µM) reversed UTP and spiperone-induced decrease of β-catenin(Ser675). (l) BAPTA (1 µM) reversed UTP induced decrease of β-catenin(Ser675).
