Significant differences among the three automated methods when compared to manual tracing are marked by asterisks (*P < 0.01, **P < 0.001, ***P < 0.0001; post-hoc Dunn’s multiple comparisons test). Whiskers are set at minimum and maximum, the horizontal line marks the median, whereas box indicates the interquartile range (25–75%).
