Typical characteristics of OGCs. (a,b) The OGC morphology was polygonal and fibre-like. (c,d) After FSHR immunostaining, a large number of adherent cells were dyed with DAB, producing a brown colour, and the dyed cells accounted for approximately 70–80% of adherent cells.
