HuMSC-EXOs protect against cisplatin-induced injury of OGCs and promote resistance to cell apoptosis in vitro based on western blotting. (a) Western blotting revealed significant differences (P < 0.05) between groups A and B in the levels of Bax, cleaved caspase-3, Bcl-2 and cleaved PARP. (b–f) The expression of Bax, cleaved caspase-3 and cleaved PARP in group B was increased compared with that in group A, whilst the expression of Bcl-2 was decreased. However, the expression of Bax, cleaved caspase-3 and cleaved PARP in group C was reduced compared with that in group B, and the expression of Bcl-2 was increased; n = 5. *Group B vs. group A. #Group C vs. group B.
