Diurnal rhythms of body temperature, sleep, and hormones in freely moving conditions. Diurnal rhythms of body temperature (Tb) and electroencephalogram slow wave activity (SWA; values are hourly average ± SEM); plasma ghrelin (Ghre), plasma leptin (Lep), and plasma corticosterone (Cort); sera for hormone determinations were collected every 3 hours (mean ± SEM) in freely moving conditions; black horizontal bars represent lights off (active period, 21:00–09:00) on a 12:12-h cycle. Error bars are s.e.m. ***p < 0.001 difference between control group (blue color) and obstructive group (green color). Differences between groups were determined by two-way ANOVA followed by Student-Newman-Keuls test.
