Gene expression changes in the liver of mice treated with AgNPs, AuNPs, and vehicle group on 28 dpi. The relative expression ratio refers to fold changes in the histogram which a ratio greater than zero such as 0.5 indicated gene expression increased by 0.5 time, whereas a ratio below zero indicated downregulation.
