Cellular factors possibly involved in IPNV macropinocytosis. The scheme shows a commonly found factors associated to macropinocytosis pathways. Inhibition of the Rho GTPase Rac1, Pak1, PKC, myosin II and NHE1 affected IPNV infection. Inhibition sites of the drugs and efector proteins (MLCK, LIMK, CtBP1) are shown.
